Got a broken plastic bit or small part you can’t find? In this 3D design consultation we’ll plan the best way to turn your part, sketch, or idea into a clean, ready-to-print 3D model.

During this 3D design consultation, we will:
• Go over what you need designed or fixed (replacement part, new bracket, enclosure, etc.).
• Review any parts, photos, sketches, measurements, or 3D files you’ve shared.
• Talk about how the part will be used so we can choose clearances, strength, and material.
• Decide on the next steps — if the design is simple enough to finish in this time slot, I’ll start or complete it during the appointment; otherwise, we’ll outline a plan, estimate, and timeline for the full design (and optional 3D printing).

For in-person or drop-off visits, please bring the broken/original part and anything it connects to.

For remote sessions, have photos, measurements, and any files handy (or send them ahead of time if you can).

One-on-one help for your computer, Wi-Fi, or other tech. We’ll sort out what’s going on and choose a clear plan to fix it now or schedule a follow-up if it needs more time.

During this Computer Repair & Tech Support appointment, we will:

• Go over what’s going wrong (PC, Mac, Wi-Fi, printer, smart TV/streaming box, or other device) and what you’ve already tried.

• Review the details that matter: device type, age, backup situation, error messages, and how everything is connected.

• Decide on the best fix, expected timeline, and a rough cost estimate.

• If I can safely fix or set things up within the scheduled time, I’ll do it during this appointment; otherwise, we’ll schedule a separate repair or follow-up session.

For in-person or drop-off visits, please have the computer, router/Wi-Fi gear, printer, or other devices nearby, along with any power cables or external drives.

For remote/online sessions, make sure the main device can get on the internet and that you’re able to install a small helper app if needed.

If you choose an in-home visit, please double-check that your address and phone number are correct so I can find you easily.
