• Website and hosting provider (Odoo) – to display the site, run forms, and handle appointment booking.

• Email provider (Google Workspace / Gmail) – to send and receive emails.

• Payment or invoicing services (if used) – to process payments and invoices; we do not store full card details ourselves.

• IT, backup, or analytics tools – to keep data secure and understand how the site is used.

• Government or legal authorities – if required to comply with applicable laws or legal requests.

These service providers only have access to the information they need to perform their functions and are expected to protect it appropriately.

We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including:

• to provide services and support

• to maintain accurate business and tax records

• to resolve disputes and enforce agreements

Project files, service notes, and communication history may be kept for a number of years so we can reference past work if you return, unless you ask us to delete them (subject to legal obligations).

• Ask us to delete certain information, where legally allowed

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information as safe as reasonably possible for a small business of our size.

Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, tools, or legal requirements. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
