Terms of Service
Last updated: November 21, 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe the rules for using Huggins Industries (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the services we provide. By using our website or working with us, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to:
our website and online content
our contact and appointment forms
our 3D design and 3D printing services
our computer repair and general tech support services
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
If you have any questions, you can reach us at:

These Terms form an agreement between you and Huggins Industries. They apply to both one-time jobs and ongoing work unless we agree in writing to something different.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above.
If a change is significant, we may provide additional notice (for example, a note on the website).
Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Huggins Industries offers:
3D design and 3D printing of custom parts, brackets, mounts, decorative items, and similar projects.
Computer repair and tech support, including diagnostics, hardware and software troubleshooting, basic networking help, and advice on upgrades or purchases.
We’ll always discuss the scope of work with you before starting:
For 3D projects, that may include what the part needs to do, dimensions, material choices, and quantity.
For tech support, that may include what’s going wrong, what you’ve already tried, and what level of repair or cleanup you’re comfortable with.
We reserve the right to decline projects or service requests that:
involve illegal activity
create unreasonable safety risks
are outside our skills or capacity
If that happens, we’ll let you know and, if possible, suggest other options.
We aim to be clear and upfront about costs.
For most work, we’ll provide an estimate or hourly rate before starting.
Estimates are based on the information available at the time and are not a guaranteed final price, but we will let you know if something significant changes.
Materials, special parts, or shipping may be billed separately if not included in the estimate.
Payment terms
Payment is due at the time of service or by the due date shown on your invoice.
For larger 3D printing or design projects, we may request a deposit before beginning work.
If an invoice is not paid on time, we may pause new work until the balance is settled.
All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
We understand that plans change, and we try to be flexible.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
For in-home visits, we may ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can adjust our schedule.
If we need to reschedule due to illness, emergencies, or other issues, we’ll provide as much notice as we reasonably can.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in us requiring prepayment or declining future appointments.
3D designs and prints
When we create a custom 3D design for you, you are paying for the time and expertise involved in creating that design and the printed parts we produce.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, Huggins Industries keeps the underlying design files and general design rights, and you get a license to use the parts and any files we provide for your own personal or business use.
You may not sell or redistribute our designs or files to others without permission.
If you provide your own files or designs:
You are responsible for having the rights to use those designs.
We will not knowingly use or print designs that infringe on someone else’s intellectual property or are intended for illegal use.
Photos and examples
With your permission, we may take photos of finished parts or setups (with sensitive details removed) to use as portfolio examples on our website or social media. We will not show identifying or confidential information without your consent.
To help us do good work, you agree to:
Provide accurate information about your project, devices, and needs.
Obtain any necessary permissions for us to work on equipment or property that is not solely owned by you.
Use parts and advice safely and responsibly.
Data and backups
For computer repair and tech support:
You are responsible for backing up your data before we perform work, unless we explicitly agree in writing to handle backup as part of the service.
We will take reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee that data will not be lost, especially where systems or drives are already failing.
If you are unsure how to back up your files, ask in advance—we’re happy to provide guidance or quote backup services.
We want you to be happy with the work, and we stand behind it within reasonable limits.
3D prints
3D-printed parts are subject to the limits of the materials and the intended use. They are generally not suitable for life-safety, high-stress, or mission-critical applications unless that has been specifically discussed and agreed upon.
If a part arrives damaged or clearly defective due to our printing process, contact us within a reasonable time and we’ll work with you on a reprint or other solution.
Tech support
We will use reasonable skill and care when diagnosing and repairing issues, but we cannot guarantee that every problem can be fully resolved, especially when hardware is failing or software is no longer supported.
General limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Huggins Industries is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as lost data, lost time, or lost profits.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid to us for that specific job or invoice.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
We take your privacy seriously.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
By using our website or services, you agree that we may handle your information as described in that Privacy Policy.
You can read the full policy on our website under “Privacy Policy.”
We may update these Terms occasionally:
to reflect changes in our services, tools, or pricing, or
to comply with new legal or regulatory requirements.
When we make changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you continue to use our services after the updated Terms are posted, you are agreeing to the new version.
If a change is major, we may highlight it on the website or in communications with you.
